Lakeside Rooms (Rooms 1-19)
Shore Acres offers 19 lakeside rooms that overlook the beautiful Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. Offering a wide variety of room sizes, each lakeside room features smalls chairs and tables just outside the room entrances that allow you to enjoy views of the lake (including stunning sunrises) throughout the day. Please see images below for building locations and associated room numbers. A few rooms offer additional privacy with private decks (Rooms 1, 18, and 19).
The Annex (Rooms 20-23)
The Annex is a building on the property that is not on the lakeside, but offers more private rooms with individual porches or balconies with access to the lake. If you are looking for a quieter, more private experience, The Annex is the place for you. Please see images below for building locations and associated room numbers.
The Farmhouse
Beginning in June 2024, Shore Acres will begin offering the Farmhouse for weekly rentals. The Farmhouse offers 4 bedrooms and is ideal for a couple of families vacationing together. Although the Farmhouse is not lakeside it is lake-accessible and has a front porch, back deck and fenced-in backyard. Ideal for any extended family or friend events. Pictures of the farmhouse will be uploaded this Spring.
Dog Friendly
Dogs are Welcome! We love dogs as much as you do. Dogs are allowed to in our inn and to roam the property with owners on a leash (and please pick-up after them). Bring your furry friend to the Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar and enjoy a meal with them by your side at the picnic tables. Dogs are not allowed under the Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar main dining area (awning) or in the restaurant per Vermont Department of Health regulations.

Room Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a room reservation up to 21 days before the date of arrival while only incurring a $35 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 20 days of your arrival date, you will be charged one night stay.
