Chef Eric is a seasoned culinary artist with 17 years of cooking experience, hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Vermont. Now an island resident, he brings a unique blend of rustic New England flavors and global influences to his kitchen. With a passion for exploring the diverse cuisines of the world, Chef Eric delights in crafting dishes that celebrate both tradition and innovation. His culinary journey has taken him from cozy farm-to-table restaurants to fine dining establishments, where he draws inspiration from various cultures. Eric’s creations are always infused with creativity, and a love for the art of cooking.
