Shore Acres Inn and Restaurant of North Hero, Vermont, would like to invite birding enthusiasts to a 2-day birding getaway at Shore Acres with Chip Darmstadt of FlyAway Birding. Located on 46-acres along the shores of Lake Champlain, Shore Acres offers great lakeside lodging, fine dining, and birding thrills. Come see the Spring migration of birds, such as Ospreys, Bobolinks, Baltimore Orioles, a dozen species of warbler, Purple Martins, and more, returning to northern Vermont after a long winter elsewhere. The Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge and many other birding hotspots along Lake Champlain are located within 30 minutes of the Inn.

This event package includes:

  • 2-day birding tour led by birding guide extraordinaire Chip Darmstadt
  • 2-night stay at our lakeside inn (continental breakfast included)
  • Transportation to/from offsite birding locations (including a boxed lunch Saturday)
  • Early bird tours and presentation(s) on the property

Enjoy Shore Acres’ other great amenities while on the property, such as fine dining at The Shore Acres Restaurant (make a reservation here), casual dining at the Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar, tennis, and more. In fact, book a total of 5 or more nights and get one of those nights free! And don’t forget your passport: Montreal, Quebec, is only 1.5 hours away!

Come experience the magic of the Spring Migration Birding Tour at Shore Acres Inn and Restaurant. Call 802.372.8722 to register and book your room.
You Deserve This!
