Lakeside Rooms

Shore Acres offers 19 lakeside rooms that overlook the beautiful Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains.  Offering a wide variety of room sizes, each lakeside room features porch chairs and tables just outside the room entrances that allow you to enjoy views of the lake (including stunning sunrises) throughout the day.

The Annex

The Annex offers a peaceful retreat just steps from the lake. Located slightly away from the shoreline, this charming building provides added privacy.  The Annex is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy time together near the lake. Each room features its own porch or balcony, giving everyone space to relax while staying connected.

The Farmhouse

The newly renovated 1880s Shore Acres Farmhouse sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a full kitchen, lake access, and plenty of space for family and friends.

You may cancel a room reservation up to 21 days before the date of arrival, while only incurring a $35 cancellation fee. If you cancel within three weeks of your arrival date, you will be charged one night’s stay.

Yes, The Shore Acres Restaurant accepts reservations on Resy or by calling (802) 372-8722. Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar does not take reservations. Check the webpage for hours.

Dogs are welcome around most of the property! We love dogs as much as you do. Dogs are allowed in our inn and to roam the property with owners on a leash (and please pick up after them). Bring your furry friend to the Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar and enjoy a meal with them by your side at the picnic tables. Dogs are not allowed in the Bravo Zulu Lakeside Bar main dining area (awning) or in the restaurant, as per Vermont Department of Health regulations.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the farmhouse.
