Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Guests may cancel their room reservation up to 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 20 days of the arrival date will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), guests will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Early departures are treated as cancellations, and guests will be charged for the full amount of the original reservation.

Reservation Modifications: Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Date changes made within 20 days of arrival will be considered a cancellation and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

This policy applies to all reservations.
